আপনি আপনার চাহিদারও অধিক ঈদ উপহার কিনেছেন বা কিনছেন কিন্তু আপনার অধিনস্থদের ঈদ বোনাস কি আপনি এখনও প্রদান করেছেন বা কখনও কি চিন্তা করেছেন তাদের কাছে ঈদ শব্দের অর্থ টা কি?

এদের কাছে ঈদ মানে

চালিয়ে নেয়ার উপযোগী নতুন পোষাক

সামান্য চিনিগুড়ে মিষ্টি মুখ

আর  

বাচ্চাদের এই সমস্ত পাওয়ার আনন্দে সারাদিনমান মুখে প্রসারিত হাসি।

বউ, বাচ্চার মুখে নাই হাসি 

তারা টাকা চাইলে আশে শুধু কাশি,

তবুও ভাবি ঈদ মানে খুশি 

আর এই ভেবে হাসি

আক্ষেপের 

হাসি।

A humanbeing never alive without dream,dreams drive us we not drive dreams. Sometims dreams come from our imagination and some times dreams come from inspiration. Where from you have been influenced to see a dream it's 

not a fact , fact is that you are floating in dream. Just floating in a dream it's not a life , life is fulfilling a dream . When you want to fulfill a dream , you have to prepare yourself to fullfil a dream. There is  

too much deference between floating in a dream and completing a dream. "It's not Dream which see you in sleep, it's dream which does't sleep you" remembering voice by dr.a.p.j.abdul kalam.

This is my question toward our honorable minster  and suggest , first you should assure job certainty of a privet service holder then request to implement this.
